GBCA’s Fatherhood Group continues to meet monthly with great success! This month, the focus has been on Men’s Health. Iris Cooney from Horizon NJ Health stopped by the meeting and discussed the importance of doctor visits, handling stress and questions to ask your doctor. Iris also brought the Horizon NJ Health Bus, where the men were invited to get a free health screening. The health screening looked for signs of high blood pressure and allowed the men the opportunity to get tips about managing their blood pressure from real health professionals.
