The Oakwood Apartments, 148 Oakwood Ave., Cliffside Park, NJ

Greater Bergen Community Action is now accepting preliminary applications to enter a lottery to purchase an affordable housing unit (available to all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin). These are new apartments, 2 beds, 2 baths, 1,000 sq. ft., with onsite parking. A great opportunity for low to moderate income households that earn at or below 80% of the Area Median Income in Bergen County. In order to enter the lottery, a preliminary application must be submitted. Priority will be given to qualified Sandy-impacted residents during the first 3 months of availability. (This Sandy priority would not exempt residents from any other selection criteria in place.)
